Klaus G. Kammermeier creates and conducts immersive and collaborative learning and innovation experiences. He is a sought- after trainer, mentor, and speaker on innovation, preneurship and digital transformation for organisations, teams, and leaders. He is the founder and managing director of Cyoneer GmbH and InnovationLabs.Berlin, where he is pioneering an evolutionary organisation to successfully build new ventures. Klaus develops new open innovation formats, one of which is NanoLabs®.
For more than 15 years, he led - in technical and commercial leadership positions for Corning Inc. - multi-functional global high-performance teams in the US, Europe, and Asia, to provide groundbreaking innovations. He lived for over 10 years in the UK and in the US and managed and led over 250 innovation initiatives and programs.
Klaus studied Engineering, Economics, and Management at Munich University of Applied Sciences, completed ‚Global Leadership 2020‘ at Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, and executive education at Columbia University Business School, New York City, USA. During the last few years, he coached over 150 founders and startups and supported various research programs including the Fraunhofer Institute. Klaus teaches master students in various ﬁelds at TU Berlin (Space Engineering), Grenoble Ecole de Management (Innovation management), SRH Hochschule der populären Künste (Creative Industries Management), and others. He is an expert evaluator for the European Innovation Council, and actively participates in international mentor programs like the Founder Institute.
